Our 4 minneapolis major networks were off the air this am. I called E and got a good csr. He had me check the normal things and then said the problem was on their side. He fill out a fourm that went straight to engeering with all the info he got from the 622 and said I should see it fixed in no more than 2 hours.
I checked 90 minutes later and they were back on.
He seemed very interested that I was going to be satisfied. Even told me to call back and ask for a service tech and refer to info # that would let the tech know the problem was not fixed. I was able to watch them in sd if I wanted but the sd was on the air but all were rolling like when the old sets had the vertical hold control not set right.
Good service in my mine.
