Hard to believe it, but 25 years ago on this very day, DISH turned on their very first paying customer.
Its been a wild 25 years, I would like to thank DISH for allowing us to ride along for 18 of those ears.
And blocked out some local network channels.The day after that, Dish dropped their first channel.

The last time Dish signed a contract with AT&T Sportsnet (at least the last contract signing that was made public) was in October 2018. The press release was a long term deal for the Vegas Golden Knights games, no mention if the other RSN's were involved. But if it is a 3 year contract, that would be expiring in 2021. This really could be the last sports season of having RSN's on Dish and they could all be gone by the end of baseball season and before the 2021-22 NBA and NHL seasons begin.Not to rub it in, but MASN will also be disappearing at the same time, with NESN likely not far behind.
