FXM 384 flashing/breaking up

I've been on hold with Dish for 20 minutes to have a CSR tell me I need to wait another 20 to talk to tech support and I'm still on hold. Can anyone else verify FXM is breaking up, stuttering and making white flashes?

Thanks. They won't listen to me that the channel is messed up . They're so worried about my email address and unplugging the hopper and checking that wires aren't loose

And now that I've wasted almost an hour of my time it looks like someone noticed the issues and it seems to be fixed now

FXX does it as well. It breaks up and flashes grey! Been doing it for a few weeks now.
