Happy Birthday to Tiger Woods & LeBron James

That's right. Two of the biggest stars in sports were born today, December 30th.

Born in 1975- Tiger Woods turns 33 today.

Born in 1984- LeBron James turns 24 today.


On Mike & Mike today, Erik Kuselias and Stephen A. Smith subbed in for them. Kuselias spoke of LeBron's Birthday and went on to say that he wasn't the best athlete even born on this day. Kuselias then said Tiger Woods was also born today and he was the better athelte among the two. Stephen A. about blew a gasket. For the rest of the morning drive I was treated to a screaming match of how Tiger isn't an athelte and doesn't even compare to LeBon in that category.

On Mike & Mike today, Erik Kuselias and Stephen A. Smith subbed in for them.

First, I'd like to say that Stephen A. had a field day tearing apart Matt Millen. He said he was a worse sports executive than Isiah Thomas.

As for the Tiger/LeBron debate, I'd take Tiger for now, but by a whisker, only because of the championships.

IMO, if LeBron wins a title, I'll take him.

They are similar in many areas:

1. Both rescued fading things (Cavs were a joke before the 2003 Draft, golf was sorely lagging behind others in interest)

2. Both are marketable

3. Both draw excitement
