Is "Senior Member" status bestowed based on good posts? Length of time of membership? A staff vote?

I always thought the senior members who frequently post in the FTA forum were experienced, grizzled know it alls. That certainly isn't me.

Anyway, I wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and, for those in need of a blessing, may they receive them and may their prayers be answered.

I don't know... take a look in the mirror... maybe you qualify. :D

(It's 100 posts. Kinda low, in my estimation. Everything's relative.)

. . . now get yer butt back to the FTA section, and do your homework! - :eureka
there's a test next week, with your name on it!

. . . and a happy Thanksgiving to all.

I will look into it..

after the holiday. Notice how people stopped posting when you mention $.

I am going back to the FTA location; watching
Iceberg try to keep upwith Tim has been enjoyable.

As for looking in the mirror, a very drunken woman told me (withmy fiance present) that I was the best looking 50 year old she had ever seen. Ah, the effects of alchohol! But, when the AARP letters come (and they come at 50), I guess I am qualified as a "senior."

I'll be 50 on Christmas, my AARP application came in the mail on Wednesday.

I have been getting those AARP applications for almost 4 years now. I shred every one. AARP had a booth at the Iowa State Fair last year with a petition. I said I'd sign the petition if they would agree to stop sending me the apps for about 8 years.
