hard drive error code#05b1

just turned on my receiver and hard drive error code problem it said to it had to restart and would lose anything on the hard drive . So it did that and it still has the same problem,so it says to call dish and i am a " mover" will they send me a new receiver if i need it to my billing address or my service address? any info would be nice on anything in this post . thank you:confused:
 
The last time that they offered to send me a new receiver they were going to send it to my service address. I just politely asked him to send it to my billing address and he did, I made up a story about how I am a contractor and would be at my service address for the next couple of weeks but I don't know if that was necessary.
