Anyone else with a VIP211 or 411 have to hard reset 3-5 times a day? It's getting really irritating. My screen either freezes or goes black; after a hard reset it goes back to normal.

I too am having a problem with the video going to black and have to reset the 211 receiver. There are many others having a similar problem too. There is obviously a problem with the 211 receiver. Call DN tech support and tell them about it and ask them to create a problem ticket so it can be addressed.
Yes it's getting to be a pain. I have to reset mine atleast twice a day. I can't wait until my 622 arrives so I can get rid of this receiver.
I have had my 411 since they came out in December. I have never had to do a reset on it. Sorry to hear you're having difficulties with it.

If you guys will post your receivers info ( version, etc ) then we can compare;
