When I go to myHarmony and setup my Devices there is no option for Hopper/Joey 3.0 and when I try to use the Harmony with my new Joey it doesn't work at all. None of the buttons control the Joey.

Can anyone offer some advice besides having to learn all the buttons manually? I would prefer to let Logitech do the work as that's what I paid for....

Since the Dish remotes are the same, try setting the Harmony up for a Hopper, then try it with the Joey.

You might also need to enable IR on the Joey itself, if you have not already. (Can't remember if the Joey has a separate "Enable IR" control, of if that setting is only on the Hopper itself)
