Has anyone has trouble getting hold of CBS All Access?

I try E-mailing them on trouble resetting password issue their apps not responding to reset.

Just want to get ready for Star Trek's Picard which starts next week.

They seems not responding to my E-mail request.

Maybe somebody hacked your account, and changed your email address in the account details. Then they would contact that person, thinking it was you...

My E-mail is still there, so no changes on my E-mail address so far.

The CBS All Access has a auto responds to help the reset, but the apps don't have the put temp password reset and go to edit the new password.

Looks like no live person to respond the E-mail so far yet...

The CBS All Access has a auto responds to help the reset, but the apps don't have the put temp password reset and go to edit the new password.

You can't use a temporary password in the apps. The temporary password can only be used to create a new long-term password. You'll need to change the password via a competent web browser.

When the old password fails, the apps should ask for the new long-term password that you created using the browser.
