having to hit refresh to load pages

Ive noticed tonight that after I tried to go to the site here from my address bar that I had to hit refresh after 10 seconds to get it to actually load. I have also had to do this with each page that I atempt to go to where as I usually dont have to do this except at various times before on the old server.

try killing your cache, Van. We had some weirdness earlier that I **think** is fixed.

I am noticing extremely poor performance (anywhere from 5-60 seconds to load pages.) I've tried the cache flush and it's still very variable.
