I currently have expanded basic cable with an HD box for my HD locals. I do not have a digital package. I would like to add HBO for March when the new sopranos air. How much will HBO by itself cost as an addon?

You have to order the entire HBO package. You can't just get HBO-HD. Here in California it's $17 via Comcast, $14 via DishNetwork, and $12 via DirecTV, monthly.

Go to comcast.com and select what's in my area and they enter your zipcode. You should get to a landing page that wiill lead you to price for HBO in your area.
