You could in April. I did.

You WILL have you fight for it. If they accidentally change your plan your toast.

I called in three times to be able to move my dish to my new home and get new boxes.

Be VERY nice on the phone and you have a shot. They will tell you that even an install will cut you from the plan. Be patient...if you get a rep that won't simply thank them for their time and call back in later.
