Be sure you have a powerful PC in which to install one, and a video card that will support the HDTV tuner card.

Read the hardware requirements as minimums and try to double them.

Here are a few in no special order:

Macro Image MDP-130 MyHD PCI HDTV
ATI HDTV Wonder
ADS Instant HDTV PCI PTV-380-EF

I have found the MyHD card to be fussy with the DTV signal. Sometimes it pixelates when no other receiver is affected.

I've seen the same thing with low signal strength stations, but I like the fact that MyHD does it's own mpeg-2 decoding. This greatly reduces the hardware requirements for the PC. It can also do QAM which is a real plus.

I highly recommend the MyHD-130 card. Very little CPU usage while recording and playing back video. Two RF inputs for a combination of Cable QAM tuning and OTA tuning.

I love mine and would definately purchase it again.
