Seems like my HD Only package killed a lot of interactive features on Dish Home. Dish Home thinks that I do not have access to the interactive content of a channel unless I subscribe to the SD version of the channel.
When I contacted a CSR about the issue, they actually had the nerve to ask me to "upgrade" to SD to make Dish Home work. Talk about poor customer service.
