HD only Package question

I have the 200 package with HD, Showtime, the networks and Center Ice.
If I go down to HD only, can I still get the Center Ice package and the use of Payperview?

Pay per view channels are available and I know there is a channel block set aside for NHL so I would assume you would be good to go.

There is Bravo HD, CNBC, Universal HD and USA HD which should be covering along with your local NBC affiliate... HDNet may cover some too..
