Header on top & bottom in classic mode?

All of a sudden today the "topper" is at the top & bottom in classic mode?

Any reason why?

Fear not. I am working on a few things.

Spell Check is now working in Classic.

Yup come to find out putting the navbar at the bottom of the screenwas causing some functions not to work (including a big one all the moderation commands)

Now all the moderation functions are functioning.

I am now working on a navbar at the bottom for the new look which does not harm these functions.
