Message body no longer showing up in email notifications?

Hi all.
For a long time now, I've had an issue where the body of a new message/reply no longer appears in my email notifications, leaving just the title.
I believe it may have started occurring with a recent XenForo update a while back. I do remember the email notifications having message bodies before.
Has anyone else had this issue? I'm using a Gmail account if that matters.

That has been turned off for a few years now.

The reason for it was because everyone was replying to the email and the person they were replying to would never see their reply.

Turning it off makes people come and log in and reply and that means their reply is actually sent to the person they are replying to.
