HI all,

Love my new HTL-HD.... right now I'm using the component inputs on a tv.

I'm getting ready toi buy a TV that has the HDMI input. I know this is different than the DVI connection.

IS there a cable that goes from our HTL-HD's DVI to a TV's HDMI?

Or should I get a TV with a DVI?

Thanks,

David

I have a Sony Wega 30" Widescreen HDTV with HDMI. I had to get a DVI-HDMI cable to hook the HTL-HD to my HDMI input.

I would go with HDMI since it's the newer interface and the TVs that have it are newer. The picture quality is VERY NICE but a lot of that is the Sony itself too.

I got the Monster DVI-HDMI cable which I know is way overpriced, but you can get one off the web for $30-40 if you find the right deal. The Monster version is $120.

It was a case of needing it now and not being able to wait a week for it to ship.
