Help for All American Direcet Channels

I just had a Turbo HD Dish installed yesterday and am now on the Eastern Arc. My SD Locals that I receive from All American Direct no longer work with the new dish. The technician called All American Direct before installing it and was assured it would work. When they still weren't working this afternooon, I called All American Direct myself and was told that those channels would NOT work, and they would have to cancel my account.

I called the retailer, and they are coming back tomorrow afternoon. I know one solution is a second dish being installed to receive the All American Direct channels, but two dishes on the roof isn't very appealing. The retailer said he wanted to check and see if a Dish 1000.2 dish would allow for the reception of both HD channels AND the All American Direct stations.

Anyone know if that will work?

Yes, a 1000.2 will work for AAD and HD as long as you have line of sight to the satellites. The only problem might be your local stations. If your locals are on 61.5 then you won't get them unless you install a second dish.

When I had AAD for HD distants only, I simply plugged in a side sat dish for 110 into my lnb port on my eastern arc dish.
