Help identify a LNB

Please help to identify a LNB with no makers name just the following on a label :_

Ku Band Circular twin LNB
LO 11.255
Input 12.20-12.70 GHZ
NF : 0.5db (Typ)

Will this receive Dish or FTA or both
Does it require a skew as it is circular ?

I picture would help but that sounds like a FTA type LNB.
