i just installed a dish 1000.4 eastern arc. i have two 211k , i do a check switch but can only get 1 sat (61.5). i have the correct azm, elev and skew for my zip in west palm beach. the two other ports come back as "con" but 72 does not show . im able to pick up 72 on its own if i move the dish bit to the left, but can never get both at the same time. im missing all the hbo, sci fi and a bunch of others. what am i doing wrong. do i need the new g3 card on these 211 to work properly?
i already changed lnb and cables so i know that is not the problem.
