Help on 622 installation...please!

I currently have a dish pro 500 and a single dish 300 connected to a sw 64.
I have a newly acquired a vip 622.
What do I need to connect a vip622 to that switch ??
Can it be done with the single line coming from the SW64.?
A drawing would be much clearer to me if possible.

SW64 is a LEGACY switch so you need 3 LEGACY dual LNBs and 2 lines from the switch to the 622
