Help with OTA HD Antenna hookup!

I've just hooked up a separate OTA HD antenna to my DVR (HR10-250) and I'm not sure what I now need to do to get the local channels in HD. Can someone help me out? Is there a setting I need to change? As it is nothing seems to have changed.

Also, while I have an idea of what some of the HD local channels are, where can I find a definitive list?

Any help is appreciated.

in the menu (I have an H10 and H20, no HD DVR so im not sure where) it will have an ant section to scan for channels.
http://www.antennaweb.org will tell you what channels you should get.

If the antenna is hooked up to the HR10, then do Messages & Setup>Settings>Sat & Off-Air Antenna>Off-Air Antenna>Scan for Local Channels

To see what's in your area, go to antennaweb.org and type in your address. It will tell you the digital channels it thinks you should be able to get and even map the directions to the towers. Then copy the resulting table and paste it here so we can see what you have to work with.

Your receiver will find the channels for you. It is in the menu but I cannot remember the steps and I am at work. However, directions are in your manual.
