Help with replacement 311

Our dish in our daughter's room went out so we replaced it with another 311. It says that this dish is not authorized for our package and only lets you choose basically the dish help channels and QVC. We have the 100 package plus HBO/Cinemax with a DVR 522. The other dish had no problems. any suggestions?

You need to call & give them the new #'s for the reciever, then they'll send out the activation "hit"
