I have had this happen twice. The remote becomes psycho. Cannot change channels. Can press guide, but cannot go up or down. Pressing info when viewing the channel I am stuck on brought up the SYSTEM info (all the ID's and software version,etc.), not the show info. Once I had to reboot, once pressing PVR and then cancel fixed it (although I am not sure if I tried that before rebooting the first time).
