Hiding Dish Channels

I can hide all but Dish Ch 102, 103, and 9598 what’s on Dish 500. Using Hopper 3 system and 4k Joey. Annoying not to be able to hide channels. Should be able to hide them no matter what they are agree?

No I don't agree, use favorite channels. Ch 102, 103 & 9598 carry information that someone at DISH feels is important that it is visible to every one.

Yep, much easier to maintain favorite lists of what I want to see vs. trying to block the (many more) channels I have no interest in.

Totally understand why it’s important to not hide Dish info channels and never thought of it working using favorite lists! It’s filtered now the way I want it. Thanks Guys!

Why not do both I lock out all junk stuff like 400s 500s(PPV) and all 4 dig ch #
