History made at Dodger opener today...not in a good way

Poor Vinny is home with a cold. I know this is bereaking bhis heart not to attend the 50th anniversary of the opening of Dodger Stadium!

Outside of hearing Ernie Harwell, Vin is my favorite !

They have a lot in common with the way they tell the game.

Hopefully he kicks this cold quickly and is back in the booth soon.

In the 40s at last nights game after 1.5 inches of rain fell a few hours prior to the game.

In tribute to his dear friend Jackie Robinson, no doubt! Imagine that...here we celebrate Jackie's legacy decades a generation after he passed away and the Dodgers' broadcaster was actually a dear friend of his!!!! WOW!
