Home Media - Can Win 7 Media Player Stream Movies to Hopper

I have my Home Media pretty much working from my Win 7 Laptop to the Hopper. I can see pictures some videos etc.

What can't figure out is if I can stream a movie from my laptop to the Hopper. Is it even possible?

The Hopper is not a supported 'Play To' device. I would LOVE if Dish would do that, though...

Yes, some video formats/codecs/audio etc can be streamed from computer to Hopper.

Not sure about wirelessly tho.

Correct. As long as it is a supported format Hopper/Joey can play it from Win7 media player's server.

Wireless is fine as long there is enough bandwidth. Most decent "N" nets will be OK.
