I have a 722 in the living room that feeds the HD TV in that room. It is also wired to the SD TV in the bedroom as the second feed. In the living room is also a Playstation 2. Is it possible to somehow feed that signal into the 722 or the cable coming out of it so that it shows up in the bedroom, and be playable with a wireless controller?

Welcome!

There is no function in the 722 that allows inputs other than from the sat. dish(es) or OTA/cable. You could buy a modulator that would take the output from the PS and convert that to RF then send it to a remote location via coax that way. That could be added to the coax connection from the 722 to your remote TV2 location with a simple RF 75-ohm combiner / splitter. You would modulate the A/V from the PS onto, say, channel 3 or 4 to be received at the remote location on those channels. Just make sure you're using channels different from what your 722 is sending out, and different from any other RF sources in that system, like CATV:

Or alternately you could send the signal completely independently from the RF signals / TV2 connection using something like this. The only requirement is that your remote TV has independent A/V inputs:

2.4GHz Wireless Audio/Video Sender with IR Extender - RadioShack.com

This device also includes the IR remote repeater function if any of your PS devices use IR for the connection and you would otherwise have to be in the same room.

If your PS already has an RF wireless controller perhaps that would one would reach the distance? If not there are plenty of them out there that will do the job if you need to buy one:
