Hopefully, someone can help me out -

Here's what I have:

-1 receiver for the bedroom and the living room (Bedroom has the receiver)

-ABC Switch that shows A (CATV),*B(TV/Game), C (VCR)*- CATV (A)*taking the cable feed,*TV/Game (B)*taking the Satellite feed in the living room. Nothing like that in the bedroom. (The purpose is to switch between DISH and local cable in the living room ONLY)

The output going into the VCR IN FROM ANTENNA and VCR OUT TO TV going into the back of the TV.

When I program the VCR to search for channels, it will only pickup either the Satellite feed of the CATV feed. I was informed that if I auto-search the channels in the VCR through the CABLE feed and manually search for*the Satellite Channel 60 through the antenna feed, then everything will work. This will not work.

I've contacted a few satellite shops around here but, no*one know what I am trying to explain to them.

I've contacted DISH support and they forwarded me to the local techs in this area..........but, they don't help.
