Have a 5th wheel that is at a year round campground and going to have
DISH and a Hopper 3 installed - no Joey's

Take a couple week long trips a year and would like to get an antenna that I can connect to it during those trips.
Located in NH so on the Eastern Arc. Was asking the DISH installer who was at the campground about an antenna that will auto tune and work with the Eastern Arc and he said that there is a tailgater
that would do this.

I see that the Winegard Pathway X2 appears to work with the Eastern Arc, but doesn't say that it works with the Hopper 3?

What do others use who have a Hopper 3 in their RV? Guess I could just buy another standard dish that works with the Hopper, but probably a pain to point it. Hoping to find a solution that would be plug and play.

It does not work with the Hopper.

Hoppers don’t have the software to control X2s.

Sent from my iPhone using SatelliteGuys App. For now.

In my opinion the best thing out there right now is the old dish system. I have an x-2 and it is very troublesome finding clear view with-in 100 foot of the camper and they only recommend only 50 ft. I had a winegard carry out the out performed the x-2 but out of date now.
