Hoper/joey wiring question

How do they wire these setups? If you have one hopper and two joeys, do all the wires come from the dish like a Directv SWM setup?

Or do they wire to the hopper, then from the hopper to the joey?

I ask because I am considering this, and it would be difficult to do the second scenario and I already have it setup the first way.

Welcome to this side, I recently switched over as well to the Hopper/Joey has been a great move
