It takes 10-20 minutes to boot-up but works fine all day even if turned off for a while. We eliminated an "energy saver" power strip or wall outlet, than replaced the Hopper, LNBF and Node without solving the issue. After the installation test it shows good reception on both 110 & 119 to 2 of 3 tuners but says "reception error" at the top.

If your box is connected to the internet, please PM me your Hopper RCAID. If it is not, please reach out to tech support for troubleshooting.

We have a tec going back there tomorrow (4th trip) and he'll hook up to internet. We have spoke with tech support on two calls there without success. They insisted it was a bad LNBF, but swapping that and the node did nothing.

Only getting 2/3 tuners, means you're only getting signal from one of the two cables between lnb and node. If node and lnb have been replaced it's a bad cable or connector. If it's causing a short that can definitely cause boot and power issues on the hopper as well.
