Hopper 3 and OTA

I installed a OTA dongle last Wednesday to my Hopper 3. The channels come in fine but I only have guide data for one out of 20 channels. Odd thing is the guide data that I do have is for WLGA which is Antenna TV.

All the other channels just show the call letters for the channel in the guide and that's it. Dish offers all the 'big four' channels I am trying to get guide data for. I have reset the Hopper a couple of times with no luck.

I got in touch with Dish today and they basically told me that it is a know issue with the Hopper 3 and no timetable as to when it will be fixed.

Anyone else having this issue with their Hopper 3 and is there a work around?
