Hopper 3 hardrive dying

Over the course of the last couple months,
Viewing on all recievers,
Has increasingly become more stuttery.
Moreso on delayed/dvr watching.

Having the most current update 927,
Called for tech visit to bring new hopper 3.
Had this H3 for a few years now.
So, a timely replacement.

Tech arrived,
Saw stuttering video,
We conversed a bit about symptoms,
I think he figured out I have a clue,
He ran diagnostics,
All green,
He made very slight re-aim dish,
He brought in a new H3.

Very nice.
