I operate large bulk account but I'm noticing a few of my hopper 3s with the H313 firmware are starting to simply output snow over HDMI. If I swap the hoppers the issue goes away, but I'm concerned it's a possible firmware issue and not a box issue. The boxes are only 2 years old. Dish commercial support has been... well if you've called into them before you know how much help they've been.
The attached joeys are still receiving programming via MOCA and working properly. No functions on the Hopper, expect resetting it via the red button.
Has anyone else encountered this, or could provide additional troubleshooting steps? We have of course tried swapping HDMI cables / ports. Multiple brands of TVs are affected.
I will note if we leave the hopper alone for about 20-30 minutes, the issue clears up and programming pops back in. Hard power-cycling the hopper has a 50/50 chance of clearing the issue.
