Aware of the RabbitEars Outage

Yeah, I still didn't get the e-mail notifications for some reason, so I only found out after a busy day at 5PM when I got some e-mails.

Came up with a reboot of the server. Unhelpfully, the system log shows nothing. Just ends at 9:17AM.

The server was being hammered by a poorly-behaved crawler that was not identifying itself. I generally allow crawlers to look at RabbitEars, but this was hitting it many times per second, pushing server load to about 100 (!), and was causing the "Too many connections" error message. I've now blocked that crawler entirely, and the server seems to be back to normal.
