Hopper MPOA coax compatible with Xantech IR-over-coax?

I am currently using a Xantech IR-over-coax system. This injects +12V DC and 30-100Khz for the IR signal onto the coax, which is also currently carrying a NTSC video signal. This allows me to use IR universal remote controls in multiple rooms in my house to control audio and other components located in another room. I am wondering if the MoCA coax that hopper uses is compatible with the Xantech IR-over-coax products?

Putting power on a MoCA line sounds like an issue in the making.
