Hopper Plus HDMI splitter

Any recommendations for a 1 into 2 HDMI splitter for the Hopper Plus to 2 Samsung TVs? The one I have (from Amazon, a while back) goes intermittently to a black screen, then back to normal multiple times a day.

why not just buy a joey 4 from dish and pay the $ 5.00 a month

The tvs are in the kitchen and family room separated by a partial wall. I would like them in sync.

I don't have a Hopper Plus, but this splitter worked well when I had a Hopper 2, and now with a Firestick. It's feeding a 17" RCA TV and 55" Roku TV. It's not cheap, but I chose it because it handles scaling for the widely different screen sizes perfectly.

these work well, i have my h3 split to 3 tvs, msin, office, and bathroom, 2 are 4k and bathroom is 1080... this lets the 4k work on the other tvs without issue ... (yes, we have a h3 and 3 joey, but we have 9 tvs for 2 people, so this works for me.. )

Have any of you posters hooked up your splitters to an AVR? The one I tried supposedly would do all audio like 5.1 but didnt. The company who made it was so surprised they thought it had to be defective and sent me another.

I also ran into a similar issue hooking up my computer to my new LG tv. Replaced HDMI cord and problem resolved. Splitter probably needs replacement but double check age of HDMI cables(if you haven't done so already).

yep, my recommendation above, goes from the h3, into my Denon, on one of the outputs, no issues..
