Hopper to dish over Ethernet using HIC?

Given that it's possible to connect a Joey (coax) to Hopper using 2 HIC's 'reversed' over ethernet, is it possible to connect a Hopper to the dish in this manner? Like this:

Node----HIC----Ethernet----HIC------Hopper

For HICs to Dish... Nope.

As for HICs for the Joey, you can just use direct Ethernet, or connect them through a router.

You can also use the Joeys via WiFi using the Dish WiFi adapter.
