Hopper Upgrade

Anyone think Dish will give me a new hopper and a joey if I sign a new 2 year contract? I've been out of contract since 07, and I'm kinda ticked off about the AMC thing. Figured if they give me new equipment, I'll stay if not off to Directv. Never been with Directv. What do ya all think?
