Hopper Users in Puerto Rico Attention!!!

To All Hoppers users in PR,DO NOT go to channels 14 and 24(NBC AND FOX)you will freeze your systems due to resolution problems on those channels.To resolve problem you'll need to reboot the unit after acquiring signal you will have a 3 seconds window to change the channel otherwise the hopper will freeze again,Dish is aware of the problem and they are working to resolve.

That is correct, I call customer service and they give me 3 ppv coupons. Hope they get this issue fixed soon.

I hope this means that DISH will resolve the issue with the really bad picture quality in these channels. Better yet, they should force the "uplinkers" to give us HD already. And, in case the uplinkers can't, that DISH will substitute them for distant networks, maybe from NY.

The PQ of NBC,CBS, FOX and ABC is the worst here in Puerto Rico. But in the current thread NBC started working for me yesterday.
