Hi there,

My hopper with sling seems to be having some issues. I've been watching the NFL Draft, and two times yesterday and once today the hopper just seems to shut down completely. The lights are still on on the front of the receiver, but there is no picture or sound on the TV. I also went to go check on my wireless joey and that TV was displaying that there was no connection to the hopper. The hopper makes no effort to restart or reboot, I have to hold down the reset button on the receiver to get it back on. It's completely random when it shuts off.

I get the feeling that most likely that I'm going to have to replace the hopper, but figured I would ask about it anyway. If anyone has any suggestions, or if a dirt member would contact me (I'm colorblind and have difficulty distinguishing who is dirt and not) and let me know what I can do to fix the problem or replace the hopper, I sure would appreciate it.
