Hopper with bluetooth pairing problems

Has anyone experienced problems with Bluetoothpairing ? After I pair my headsets (lg ) , the very next time I to try to pair my headsets, the Hopper will not recognize the device.I contacted Dish and they acknowledged this is aknown Firmware/Software problem and the only workaround is the reset of theHopper, which is inconvenient if you are recording, as it will interrupt therecording process. Does anyone have any solutions for this issue??

You certainly do not have to reset the Hopper. Try to unpair the device from the Bluetooth settings screen and re-pair. That will work
