hopper2 keep updating at a certian time

hello have 2 hopper2 with sling and both of tem keep updating at 5.30 every day what could be the problem.

Is this AM. or PM.? By default, they are set to update at 1:30 AM. Are you seeing an attention message or are they just powering off?

it happen sometimes at AM and sometimes at PM its go blank then go to updating

how do i stop it from updating? sometimes i,ll be watching a program and then it will go blank and then start to update

It sounds like the receiver may be rebooting as it should not continuously update throughout the day. Is it plugged into a surge protector or directly into the wall? Is the receiver on a hard surface and does it have good ventilation?

actually i have 2 hopper with sling and both of them doing the same thing and both of them plug in the wall

It doesn't sound like it's updating if it's continuing to go to a black screen and then re-acquire the signal. For further help please send a PM with your phone number and PIN.
