Hopper3 stuck on "Refresh in Progress"

Joey 2's started showing guide, but no video, but Hopper3 was fine. Then I rebooted the Hopper3 to relink the joey 2's. Now the hoppers on an endless reboot then "refresh in progress". Has my hopper finally kicked the bucket? I have no external drives btw.

Uplug the Joeys and the Hopper 3. Now, plug just the Hopper back in and let it do its full reboot. Then, plug your Joeys in on at a time and let them reboot.

I did that, still on Refresh for about 30 minutes, rebooted several times. Hopefully it'll come back to life.

had a hopper 3 installed this weekend, did the same thing to me. installer was waiting for the initial boot and it stuck on "refresh"

eventually he just pulled the power and let it reboot and it was fine

I had similar on 4k Joey yesterday, it kept putting up the message that said to unplug, I finally gave up. Today it seems to be working fine.

Mine was a dead Hard Drive... They sent a replacement Hopper 3 overnight UPS.
