How can I tell what will be in HDTV in advance?

My Dad is coming over for lunch this Sunday and is expecting some HDTV for his viewing pleasure. I see the U.S Open (tennis) CBS will be on as well as West Virginia vs. Syracuse on ABC. Any way to tell if either will be in HD? Or the golf on NBC?

Hopefully the NY feed is good for CBS HD, as I can't get the local broadcast over my antenna. NBC/ABC I'm good to go.
