how do I find a local antenna repairman, or installer?

You must know more specifics about his tower than the rest of us....

Anyone who's ever worked or researched the different types of towers knows right away the possible value of a telescoping crank-up tower as there only a few companies that makes them and there all top of the line and not cheap. The only problem I can't foresee is if the weather in Florida has damaged any of the sections since it could be either steel or aluminum construction.
Just found a Ham listing for a 52 foot crank-up tower in Florida (407) from last year and he was asking 2,000 for it.

There is a guy on the local craigslist with a 60 foot crank tower for $350. As Ham radio guys die off there just isn't as much interest in this stuff. I'm sure a lot of towers have gone to the scrap yard.
