How do I PM a DIRT member?

Guys I'm confused by the new Sat Guys web site. In the past I would send a private message to a DIRT member. I don't see how to do that now. A buddy is interested in setting up a new account and I would rather he got through the DIRT team than call the 800 number. For example how would I contact zachs?

Look in forums, on the right side should be staff online, DIRT will show up there if online, you can PM(Called Conversation) them from there by clicking on name.

I don't think dirt can build accounts

It seems to me that most of them work the 2-11 PM shift. But you can usually find one of them in and out all day.

If you do not want to call the 800 number then maybe do the online chat or I recommend going to a local retailer. At least you can talk directly to a person and get exactly what you want.
