How do I reset Joey remote ?

I made a mistake by activating two Joey's with one single remote. Now the other remote won't work with either Joey.

In the VIP days, I could just find out what the remote code is and change the remote code either on the receiver or the remote.

Can I do the same for Joey?

Go to System Info (hit MENU twice) and un-pair the remotes.
